Diplomas
Schools in the Diocese of Trenton do not provide copies of any school diplomas to the Department of Catholic Schools. Therefore, copies of school diplomas cannot be provided by this office. The only documentation that this office can provide is either an official transcript (with the diocesan seal) or an unofficial transcript.

If you need a copy of your diploma, please contact the Herff Jones printing company at [email protected] or call 800-635-5670.

Transcripts
An official transcript contains both a signature from an official at the Department of Catholic Schools as well as an official raised seal. An official transcript can only be forwarded to a college, university, or a potential place of employment via U.S. Mail.

An unofficial transcript contains neither a signature nor a seal and is sent via email.
