Department of Property and Construction

The primary objective of the Department of Property and Construction is to offer support to all diocesan parishes and institutions in their effort to better serve God’s people by assisting them in any construction, property issues, whether purchasing or selling property, building maintenance plans and information on alternative energy solutions.  The department has personnel experienced in all forms of construction, from site design/development to building maintenance. Our office also works closely with the Expansion and Restructuring Commission.
