A diocese is one family with one mission, and its unity is a gift from God. A diocese is also in a constant state of change and renewal. In order to plan for these changes and move ahead for generations to come, we help parishes develop strategies to carry out their part of the mission of the diocese.
The Department of Development provides assistance to parishes by overseeing and coordinating campaigns for capital or ministerial growth. We also support parishes in developing strategies associated with the Annual Catholic Appeal, increased weekly giving campaigns, event consultation and by providing guidance for planned giving requests/or bequests. Working together as one family we will better serve our communities.
