The following list of NFP providers offers a variety of practical and convenient options to learn a method of Natural Family Planning, including virtual online classes, self-paced learning, and live instruction from NFP practitioners.
Marquette Method (See local intructors below)
The Marquette Method uses two main indicators to determine fertility: cervical mucus observations and urinary hormone measurements. One or both signs are tracked based on user preference, and then combined with a simple protocol to determine the fertile window. The Marquette Method has optional instructions for incorporating basal body temperature (BBT), urine luteinizing hormone (LH) tests, and urine progesterone tests to help be more precise in identifying fertility.
All Marquette Method instructors are licensed healthcare professionals, and have completed the teacher training program through the Marquette University Institute for Natural Family Planning.

Christina Kluge BSN, RN, NTMNC; NFP Student Instructor in the Marquette Method (Contact: veritasnfp@gmail.com).
Christina has recently returned to the area, residing in Moorestown, Burlington County, New Jersey. Like her counterpart, Kaitlyn, she offers live, in-person instruction as well as online classes in the sympto-hormonal Marquette method of natural family planning (NFP).
Christina is excited to be able to offer instruction to couples in the Diocese of Trenton. "In my experience, it can be difficult to find an instructor and there are not always many resources available to couples on this subject. One of my goals in becoming an instructor was to make NFP more readily available for those who are willing to answer God's call for their marriage and family!"

Catholic Couples NFP - Free NFP Classes for Catholic Couples
CCNFP was formed to teach Catholic Couples the latest developments in natural family planning (NFP).
NFP can be used by married Catholic Couples in full harmony with Church Teaching.
The original NFP science was developed by Drs. John and Evelyn Billings in the 1950’s. The original method relied on cervical mucus observations to predict and confirm ovulation. This science has been supplemented by the use of basal body temperature and reproductive hormone charting.
Our program, sometimes in partnership with Catholic dioceses, is offered, including full fertility awareness training over 13 weeks, without any charge, to married Catholic couples.
Catholic Couples NFP is sponsored by the St. Augustine Foundation (SAF), an association of lay Catholic men and women. SAF’s mission is to assist Catholics to live virtuous lives following Catholic Church Teaching.
