November 4, 2022St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church and School in Medford, is seeking a part-time World Language teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. Our school is growing with about 365 students enrolled in PreK-8th Grades. The World Language teacher will be responsible for planning World Language lessons for 5th-8th grades. Successful candidates will have teaching experience, demonstrate an understanding of best educational practices including differentiated instruction, and be committed to a Catholic education. Minimum qualifications include holding a College Degree,, but preference will be given to candidates who possess a NJ Teaching Certificate. 21st century technology skills are a must! Ideally the candidate will speak another language such as French, German, Italian or Spanish. Purpose of this position is to expose our Middle School students to different cultures/languages.
Successful candidates will be subject to fingerprinting/background check and will also have to attend Virtus training.
