Bishop discusses busy calendar on radio show

In the latest installment of The Shepherd’s Voice on Domestic Church Media, Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., discusses with co-host Jim Manfredonia just some of the many events, programs and initiatives that make this one of the busiest times of the year.

Catch up on such topics as the Month of Mary, Mother’s Day, Ordinations, the recently-announced names for parishes set to merge July 1, priest personnel changes, the need to support Catholic schools and preparations to announce a Year of Youth in the Diocese of Trenton. 

The hour-long, monthly radio program, “ The Shepherd’s Voice,” will air on WFJS 1260 AM, WFJS 89.3 FM, WGYM 1580 AM and WSMJ 91.9 FM originally aired May 4 at 3p.m., but will be repeated at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 5; 10 a.m. Sunday, May 6; and 8 a.m. Monday, May 7.  It also will be available to listeners at  domesticchurchmedia.org and on  Domestic Church Media’s Facebook and  YouTube pages.
