NCYC Participant Registration
PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING ANY INFORMATION:ALL Adults and Teens participating in NCYC must fill out this online form, AND submit payment(s) AND download/fill out the Consent Form.
STEP BY STEP:
1. Complete the Registation Form Below
All teens must be connected to a parish/school group with adult chaperones to attend. If you do not have a group to attend with, please contact us before you fill out this form. We will try to connect you a participating parish. Contact us at [email protected]
2. Proceed to complete payment(s)
Once this form is completed, you are responsible for the $310 non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be made individually or as part of a group. Please use the link below to pay online, or send a check made out to "Diocese of Trenton".
3. Complete Consent form
Download, print and complete the consent form at the bottom of this page and turn it into your group leader. Group leaders must provide a copy of this form to the Diocese before our trip.
NCYC important Dates:
September 20, 2023 -Completed online registrations and $310 non-refundable deposit due per person (adults and teens).
November __ Balance Due (*Approximately $550) *Balance will be impacted by the total number of participants riding the bus and total number of participants per room. The more participants we have (on the bus and in each room), the lower the overall cost. Final balance totals will be published shortly after the Deposit due dates.

November 19, 2023, Return home (early evening)
