DYC 2025 Registration

BEFORE YOU REGISTER PLEASE KNOW...
- Registration is open to all teens in 8th - 12th grade, w/adult chaperones.
- All teens must register through the Parish Leader and groups must attend WITH a minimum of 2 safe environment cleared chaperones (and have at least 1 adults for every 10 teens overall). Teens can not attend by themselves.
- If you do not have a parish leader attending, please contact us to make other arrangements at 609-403-7182 or [email protected]
- The primary contact/parish leader on the registration form must be in attendance at DYC 2025 and maintain a signed permission slip for all teens.
- Parish/Group Registrations must include both youth and adult participants.
Permission slips/medical consent forms must be completed by the guardian of each minor participant and carried by the lead chaperone during DYC. Find the forms you need here

Spanish Consent form AQUI .- You will receive an email confirmation with all details and important information. You will have the option to pay the registration online (see confirmation email) or bring a check/cash/credit card with you at DYC!
REGISTRATION Dates/Fees:- Registration is now OPEN
- Register by:
- January 16th to guarantee a FREE DYC T-Shirt.
- January 27th- for Advance Registration ($25 for teens and adults)
- After January 27th- only Walk-In registrations are welcomed ($35 for teens and adults). Please do NOT "walk in" with a large group. The walk in registration is designed for adding a few late registrations to your group.
- If you are using a parish credit card, please complete the billing information with all details that match the information found on the card.
REFUNDS:- Once registration is submitted, we will be unable to offer refund, you may however substitute a Teen/Adult for another.
ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS:
**If you need to add additional registrations at a later date, please enter the same parish leader and parish name each time, and ONLY add NEW totals.
