DYC 2024 Registration

BEFORE YOU REGISTER PLEASE KNOW...

• Registration is open to all teens in 8th - 12th grade, along with adult chaperones.
• All teens must register through the Parish Leader. If you do not have a parish leader attending, please contact us to make other arrangements at 609-403-7182 or lcortes@dioceseoftrenton.org
• The primary contact/parish leader on the registration form must be in attendance at DYC 2024
• Parish/Group Registrations must include both youth and adult participants. Please note that the registration fee of $25 is per participant (Adults and Teens) by 1/29 | after 1/29 it is $35 per participant (Adults and Teens)
• Permission slips/medical consent forms must be completed by the guardian of each minor participant and carried by the lead chaperone during DYC.  Find the forms you need HERE
• Billing Information must be directed through the Parish that is registering.
• You will receive an email confirmation with all details and important information. You will have the option to pay or the registration online (see email) or bring a check with you at DYC!

• Registration is now OPEN
• Register by:
  • January 22nd by 11am- to guarantee a FREE DYC T-Shirt.
  • January 29th- for Advance Registration ($25 for teens and adults)
• After January 29th- only Walk-In registrations are welcomed ($35 for teens and adults). 
• The primary contact/Youth Minister on the registration form must be in attendance at DYC 2023.
• If you are using a parish credit card, please complete the billing information with all details that match the information found on the card.
• If you are registering more than 30 participants (combined youth and adults) please contact us.

• If you may need to register multiple times, No Problem!  However, we ask that you submit the same parish/contact information, in the primary contact form, each time.

• Each group of young people must be accompanied by at least 2 fingerprinted and VIRTUS trained Adults... and your group over all must have at least one adult for every 10 minors.  
• If your parish is not sending a delegation to DYC, but you have an interested teen, please contact us!
• The primary contact must be the parish leader or leading chaperone in attendance at DYC 2023.

• Once registration is submitted, we will be unable to offer refund, you may however substitute a Teen/Adult for another.
