Your purchased ad will appear in The Monitor's special "Lives of Faith" magazine, highlighting the ministry, vocation and service of our religious.

Choose from the following two options:

• 4" x 1" ($25): Our graphic designers will add an appropriate image with your personal message.

• 4" x 2" ($35): You may include a photo of your family or a favorite shot of the priest, deacon, or religious you are honoring. (Photo not required)
