Saint Peter’s Church in Point Pleasant Beach seeks Parish Office Secretary. Administrative duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails and letters. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for: preparing and sending the weekly bulletin, scheduling Baptisms and mass intentions, record keeping of sacraments, updating, and maintaining the parish census date and producing the needed reports, preparing documents and letters for the Pastor, ordering, and maintaining supplies, overseeing office volunteers, and keeping the church calendar.
