The Diocese of Trenton has an immediate opening for a Coordinator for Schools Services & Data Management. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting and implementing the following areas: Diocesan Liaison between the Diocese and State & Federal programs that impact our nonpublic schools and the Genesis School Data System. This individual's responsibilities will include the administration of the Genesis School Data System, as well as other Department of Catholic Schools activities. Integral to the success of this position is the individual’s ability to support daily activity of all aspects of the Genesis Program. The Coordinator is a resource for the Catholic School’s administration, teachers, and parents in the Diocese under the direction of the Superintendent of Catholic Schools.
Job Qualifications:
Position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. This individual must have strong computer and research skills and be a team player.
Candidates should have experience in computer information systems with a minimum of two years of technology support in a school environment, preferably with Genesis. This individual must be proficient with Microsoft operating systems; Office; databases, web applications and report writing. Candidates must also be able to travel to schools within the Diocese of Trenton to train staff. A Roman Catholic, in good standing, is preferred.
