Business Manager
The Business Administrator is responsible for the business, operational and administrative functions of the Parish. He/she supervises and supports all paid staff and lead volunteers in their specific areas of ministry. Provides full-time, on-site management of the following: facilities/property; financial management/contract administration; stewardship/coordination of resources for all parish missions, programs, and ministry; security/risk management; supervision of administrative and custodial staff; and oversight of office operations, technology, and church-related communications.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred. Knowledge of accounting principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff in areas of administrative, facility, financial, human resources, and operations.
Proficient with technology and have a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and/or Google Workspace.
