The multi-cultural Parish Community of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Lakewood has an opening for a dynamic and energetic Business Manager with proven leadership skills to oversee all aspects of business operations.
This large Roman Catholic parish consists of three worship sites, a cemetery, a Community Center, and several buildings, including a school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Pastor and be responsible for overseeing the financial administration of the parish, human resources, day to day business operation and the physical plant.
Responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, financial analysis, property management, technology, legal concerns, communications, purchasing, stewardship/development, and volunteer coordination. This individual will also serve as a member and a resource for the parish Financial Council.
Job Qualifications
Candidates must have excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting with a minimum of at least five years previous managerial experience. Church management experience is a plus.
