Job Overview: Red Bank Catholic High School (RBC) is a private, Catholic college preparatory high school (9-12), located in Red Bank New Jersey. The school has over a 100 year history of educating men and women in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties. Currently the school has over 700 students enrolled Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Associate Director of Advancement will be focused on the new major fundraising campaign for the RB Catholic Foundation and the RBC annual fund. This position will work collaboratively with school leadership including but not limited to, school President, Vice President of Operations and Finance, larger Advancement Team, as well as, the RB Catholic Foundation Board. This position will also work closely with an outside consulting company on the RB Catholic Campaign for the 2024-25 school year. A successful candidate will have experience achieving campaign goals, engaging board members and volunteers, as well as, closing major gifts. The position will be responsible for managing campaign activities and working collaboratively with leadership to establish solicitation priorities, managing prospect lists, developing and executing cultivation plans and solicitation priorities. This person will also be instrumental in preparing campaign communications and solicitation events.
