Its “Behavioral Health Treatment Services Locator” is an online source of information for persons
seeking treatment facilities in the United States or U.S. Territories for substance abuse/addiction
and/or mental health problems.
SAMHSA endeavors to keep the Locator current. All information in the Locator is updated annually.
New facilities that meet all the qualifications are added monthly.
Updates to facility names, addresses, telephone numbers, and services are made weekly for
facilities informing SAMHSA of changes. Go to:
➢ The SAMHSA Locator page comes up with a map of the United States and a box at the top to indicate your address, city, state and zip, the radius of miles from your address, and boxes to check for what you’re looking for.
