- works to raise consciousness of the plight of immigrants and refugees among the people of Burlington, Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean counties
Since 1986, the office has been recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeal. All of the office’s immigration counselors are BIA accredited representatives. The staff collaborates with attorneys from Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc.
The office also works with the United States Catholic Conference for the resettlement of refugees.
Migration and Refugee Services is a recognized agency staffed by accredited representatives in accordance with the norms of the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Take 195 W to 129 to Route 1 North Take the first exit: Perry Street Turn left Follow Perry Street and turn left at Warren
The office is a red brick building on the right side next to the rectory of St Mary's Cathedral
The entrance is in the back of the building
From 295 take exit 60 Trenton and follow the above directions.
From 206 N (Broad Street) turn left on Perry.
